Mission Control · continuity

Where future capacity is sustained.

Mission Control is the continuity service for clients who have already built a direction with Change. It combines our proprietary platform with review rituals that keep signals, decisions, projects and learnings connected.

FCA organizes the criteria that produce a decision. Mission Control connects those criteria to the signals, projects, reviews and learning that follow.

What problem it solves

Judgment shouldn't disappear after a meeting.

When a meeting ends, the decision survives but its why doesn't: six months later no one remembers what was considered or what was ruled out. Environmental signals keep being read on one side while the roadmap runs on the other, with no one seeing how one moves the other. The result is a team re-debating what was already decided, with less context than the first time.

What it includes
01

Signal radar

What's moving in the environment, with its interpretation and who it strains.

02

Memory of decisions and criteria

What was decided, on what criteria, and what was sacrificed in deciding it.

03

Roadmap and linked projects

What each decision became and where it stands today.

04

Review rituals with Change

Periodic sessions where the direction is confirmed or corrected on purpose.

How it works

A chain, not four loose modules.

  1. Signal
  2. Tension
  3. Decision
  4. Project
  5. Learning
Ongoing review

Review isn't another type of record. It's the ritual that connects what was learned with the signals and decisions that need to be reassessed.

Traceability of a decision

Tap each step: this is how a signal travels until it becomes learning that stays.

When it activates

After a decision has already produced a direction.

Mission Control arrives after the Clarity Map or the Direction Sprint, when a decision has already produced criteria, instruments, and a direction that must stay alive.

  1. Clarity Map
  2. Direction Sprint
  3. Mission Control

It isn't an entry service: it activates inside a working relationship, when there are already decisions, instruments, and learning that need continuity.
